Freckles, or ephelides, appear during childhood in areas exposed to the sun (face, forearm, back of the hands, legs, and neck). In case of intensive pigmentation, freckles appear over the shoulders, the back, the chest, and other skin areas.
Melasma appears from the second month of pregnancy (masks of pregnancy), and can also gradually develop from the use of the oral contraceptives, endocrine dysfunction, genetic factors, medications, nutritional deficiency, hepatic dysfunction, and other factors.
Age-spots, called senile lentigos, with increasing number of melanocytes, appear with age in areas exposed to the sun (face, forearm, back of the hands and neck).

Directions for Use

Use in the morning after washing your face with Dermel Whitening Cleanser Lotion. Apply a thin coat of Whitening Cream all over the face. After 30 minutes, apply a good sunblock. Use cosmetics normally.
